Inspired by a love for the sea.
Both natives of Hampton Roads, Virginia, Kathy and John Grook grew up loving the sea.
They both attended Old Dominion University and served over 60 years in City Government.
Since retirement, they now spend their time between Cape Charles, Virginia and Florida.
Their love of the sea inspired them to start searching for sea glass. Soon after Kathy began designing jewelry and gifts.
Her designs are all unique and none of the sea glass is altered in any way. Most of the collection comes from the Chesapeake Bay.
Kathy is also an acrylic painter and specializes in still life, landscapes and seascapes.
